& Mechanical Consultants, Inc. was formed in
1986. Since then we have served over five thousand
customers.
We have installed the plumbing to Medical Offices,
Clinics, Custom Homes, Restaurants, renovated the plumbing
in a one million square foot warehouse for the Atlanta
Olympic Games Committee, a bookstore at Hartsfield
International Airport's Concourse B, Underground Atlanta
Food Court, and numerous small businesses throughout the
Metropolitan Atlanta area.
Meet the Owner Hello, my name is Ernesto Caesar,
I have been an unrestricted Master Plumber in Georgia
since 1983. Before that I completed a four year Apprentice
Course certified by the U. S. Department of Labor where I
became a Journeyman. I worked for the U. S. Army
Directorate of Facilities Engineer Division in Panama for
five years.
After being raised in the plumbing and mechanical business
it is my nature to find the causes of problems and fixing
them. My family taught me the principles of running an
honest business. I am happy and fortunate to enjoy what I
do for a living. The immediate gratification when we solve
the customer's problem is overshadowed by our sense of
pride when our customers refer us to their family and
friends.

Limited Service Warranty
Plumbing & Mechanical Consultants, Inc., hereafter
referred to as P.M.C., Inc., warrants, to the extent
stated herein, the plumbing repair services and drain
cleaning services furnished by it. The stated period of
warranty commences upon installation or repair of plumbing
or upon cleaning of drains.
Should any plumbing repaired or installed by P.M.C., Inc.,
become unserviceable due to defects in installation,
workmanship or material, or any drains cleaned by P.M.C.,
Inc., fail to remain clear, unclogged and free of
obstructions, within thirty (30) days after installation,
repair or cleaning, P.M.C., Inc., will correct such
problems by repair, replacement or re-cleaning at no
charge to the purchaser, or, at P.M.C., Inc., option,
refund the amount charged for the plumbing or cleaning
services. Materials, labor and transportation shall be
provided at P.M.C., Inc., expense.
Purchaser understands that P.M.C., Inc., liability under
this warranty is limited to repair, replacement,
re-cleaning or refund of purchaser's money, and does not
extend to property damage resulting from drains which
become clogged or obstructed or from plumbing work which
fails during the agreed upon warranty period.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may
also have other rights which vary from state. To obtain
service or information under this warranty, purchaser
